| Q2: Packing/ product with my own logo is available? |
| Boratat :Yes, OEM / ODM is available . Emboss logo is the most popular printing way. Pls inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample. |
| Q3: May I take your listed price as final price? |
| Boratat : Our listed prices are for your reference only. Different customers require different product accessories or customized parts, leading to price changes based on different INCOTERMS. Final prices works in quotation |
| Q5: May I get a sample? Free or Not? |
| Boratat : Sample is available. Yet, they are charged and related shipment cost will be paid by you, because any sample loads our efforts and hardwork, its value should be respected. |
| Q6: What INCOTERMS do you accept? |
| Boratat : EXW, FOB, DDP… Cooperation terms can be negotiatable. |
| Q7: Which port will you use? |
| Boratat :Shenzhen port. |
| Q8: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive? |
| Boratat : We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping are acceptable. |
